You may question how maintenance is handled. You as a tenant can put in a maintenance request, we receive it and assign it out to a vendor, from then on the vendor will contact you and set up a time to do the maintenance! From that point on, you talk to the vendor regarding scheduling and all the information! It is important that you're sure and will contact the vendor regarding entry and when they're able to get in!
