It is important to maintain a nice, clean, and organized yard. The reasoning for this is:

• It looks nice and catches good attention
• Makes you look good as a tenant and us look good as managers
• If not maintained the city will maintain and charge us. Which then we'll charge you.
• It keeps owners happy seeing that their property is being taken care of.
